Maidenhead finished second in Tier Two South, narrowly missing out on promotion, but they did cause the Aztecs lots of problems during their two cup encounters last season. London Helvecia qualified for the playoffs in second place, and then overcame Birmingham WLV and Bolton to be crowned champions of England.
